When submitting a form or speaking with Mia, you agree to provide accurate information and to avoid submitting sensitive medical details through public website or AI intake channels. The clinic team will follow up as appropriate.

The Wellness Room does not guarantee specific health, weight loss, aesthetic, anti-aging, or wellness outcomes. Individual experiences may vary and depend on many factors reviewed during consultation.

By submitting a website form with the SMS consent checkbox checked, or by verbally agreeing during a phone call with Mia or a staff member, you agree to receive SMS text messages from The Wellness Room Anti-Aging & Med Clinic about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and care-related follow-up.
